Shipment processing time
All website orders are shipped from Texas. Items that are not currently in stock will ship as they become available. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST will be processed the following business day.
Shipments do not occur on Sundays or holidays.You will be notified by email, if one is provided, when your order has shipped. Shipments can be tracked through the carriers tracking number.

Damages
The Turquoise Tulip Boutique LLC, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
