Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is a high priority for The Turquoise Tulip Boutique. We want to make sure our TTTB family is happy and we will do everything we can, within reason, to make that happen.
As a person that has always been hesitant to purchase online, I understand the reservations some hold. With that in mind, I want to make this processes as friendly and simple for all of us as possible.
The Turquoise Tulip Boutique Return Procedure:
- Returns are for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be requested via email at info@theturquoisetulipboutique.com within 14 days* of the date you received your items (please wait for an email confirming we have accepted your item, before mailing it out.)
- Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused
- Items purchased at a discounted price of 30% or above are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
- Any Personalization items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
- Unless there was a mistake on our end, shipping is non refundable
- Please allow up to 3 business days to process your return once it is received
To start a return, you can contact us at info@theturquoisetulipboutique.com Please include your name, email, order number or invoice and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If your item does not meet our requirements we will notify you via email.
Please note: Returns must be approved first. Please do not send an item without approval. This elevates additional expenses on us all. If an item is sent back to us without first requesting a return it will not be accepted. In the unfortunate situation that something gets shipped to us prior or without approval; we will notify you of your options to have it shipped back to you. Any unapproved returns that have not been successfully reconciled after 30 days of receipt will be donated to a local charity and will be considered a forfeit of items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If there is something wrong with your order or you feel you have received defective merchandise please contact us at info@theturquoisetulipboutique.com within 3 business days, so we can remedy the situation!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on FINAL sale items (any item discounted at 30% or above), earrings or undergarments. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please keep in mind shipping is nonrefundable; if returning items that were shipped to you with free shipping brings your actual paid below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL sale items (any item discounted at 30% or above) or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are sorry, but we are not able to offer immediate exchanges due to how fast our inventory updates and moves. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return on the item you have, and once the return is accepted, email us at info@theturquoisetulipboutique.com showing us that the return has shipped. Once we get confirmation that the item is on it's way to us, we will pull the requested item, if available. Once the item is received, we will apply the store credit, process the exchange with the issued store credit and ship it out.
Refunds/In Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once accepted, you’ll be issued store credit.
We will work as fast as possible to ensure your satisfaction, please allow us 2-3 business days to process any requests and/or returns.

Changes and/or Cancelations
Whether you found an “oooo shiny” or have a moment of online cart regret, we fully understand and are here to help, but you must contact us at info@theturquoisetulipboutique.com immediately! Once your order is processed we will not be able to make any changes and/or cancellations.
